🇺🇸 If you own a home, rent a home or have children you want to see own a home one day! This “60 Minute” Episode is a must watch! We are losing the “American Dream of Home Ownership” FAST to Wall Street! The last 3 listings I’ve had I was lucky enough to ask the sellers to PLEASE pick a Homeowner over a Wall Street investment firm!!! All 3 sellers did protect “The American Dream”!! The sellers actually netted the same if not more in proceeds (yes closing did take 15 days longer) but all the seller were okay with the extra time to close to help serve a new families dream of homeownership!

Think about it…. What is going to happen to your houses equity if Wall Streets hedgefunds ban together and all sell at the same time?
