Is the Real Estate market slowing down?

Federal Reserve is raising interest rates aggressively (2 more times in the 3rd quarter and 2 more times in the 4th quarter)

Rising interest rates are hurting demand

Mortgage applications are down

As demand falls, sellers need to adjust their asking price

Supply for homes is still very low, that is why home prices are not coming down significantly

Yes the market is slowing down and going back to pre-pandemic times
