Let’s take a moment and congratulate my buyer on the close of his first home! 🏡
This transaction was an in-house transaction between my broker, Bethanne
and myself.
We originally got under contract back in May. The home was in probate and, unfortunately, we had to allow the courts to do what they have to do to release the home for purchase which can take a few weeks to months to complete 🥱🤦
The buyer had his preferred lender.
We tried to work together to complete the transaction, but unfortunately, we were left with a huge disappointment, and that lender was unable to get the job done.
With a little arm wrestling and the good graces from the seller to allow for MULTIPLE extensions 😵‍💫 the buyer finally used one of our preferred mortgage partners
and let me tell you I couldn’t have been more impressed with them! They took this transaction and made it happen! This was a tricky situation, but from beginning to end was a breath of fresh air 😅😊
My buyer is finally able to say he is officially a homeowner! 🏡🤍💪🏽
