Happy for my good friend and fellow active duty Air Force officer on the purchase of his first home! Located in the heart of Oviedo, this home is conveniently located 10 minutes away from UCF and other local amenities. We scrutinized dozens of properties for the right deal until we found this gem. I knew this home wasn't going to be on the market for long, so I strategized a VA loan offer that was accepted following a multiple-offer situation! Congratulations and best of luck to my friend as he embarks on his PhD journey in electro-optical engineering at UCF!

🇺🇸 Q1: What’s your background?
A1: In school, I studied physics and electrical engineering at Clemson University (and eventually received a Masters in Management). I’ve spent nearly the last decade dedicating my life to the Air Force as an acquisition officer. In fact, I still proudly serve on active duty in the Orlando area! As an Air Force officer, I’ve had the privilege of leading some of the most incredible defense acquisition professionals in the country on highly technical projects.

🔑 Q2: How did you become interested in real estate and why did you decide to pursue a career as a real estate agent?
A2: Early in my professional career, I purchased my first home and inadvertently became a real estate investor. I quickly realized how much of a catalyst real estate can be in one’s journey to financial freedom. I began actively investing, then shared my experiences with many of my friends and colleagues. Through this experience, I became confident in my ability to help others achieve their goals. By becoming a real estate agent, my reach extends far greater than just friends and family—I can truly serve others, just like I do in the Air Force.
