David has been a Central Florida resident for the majority of his life. After attending K-12 in Seminole County, he then went on to earn his Bachelor’s degree from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL. Fast forward to 2022, he joined a long-time friend and real estate veteran, Megan Teal, to form the Teal Estate Property Group under Mainframe Real Estate. David has continued to thrive in the Orlando
area and has called the neighborhood of College Park home for the past 16 years. This has given David true expertise in the neighborhoods of the Metro Orlando and Central Florida areas, allowing him to better serve his clients with an abundance of knowledge. As a former licensed financial advisor, David has a unique understanding of real estate as an investment. He’s able to guide both buyers and investors in their search for a home or investment property. David has also served as a General Manager of a boutique catering company based out of Winter Park, FL. Through this catering role, David was able to enjoy the process of helping clients plan and celebrate many of life’s joyous milestones, while providing a service that exceeds his clients’ expectations. As a Realtor, David looks forward to celebrating with his clients when they achieve a major life milestone – homeownership. When David is not helping clients navigate the real estate market, he enjoys relaxing at the beach and playing tennis. He is also an avid New York Times crossword puzzle player, a hobby he picked up while in college.
