Orlando as a whole is constantly growing and many neighboring subdivisions are building to be their own city. Many don't know the variety of Central Florida, and that's why I've decided to start a weekly series highlighting a specific area of Orlando!
S**o, short for south of downtown, is a vibrant residential and local business community embracing innovation and its vintage roots through an active artistic lifestyle. Free concerts, art shows, and film festivals pop up in this quaint neighborhood known for lakes, walkable parks, and brick-paved streets lined with historic homes of all shapes, styles, and sizes. S**o is an up & coming area that locals are flocking to.
