Let me just brag a little bit. I am very proud of this deal. My buyers are out of state they were purchasing cash moving from Chicago to central Florida. I told them I would fight for them and fight we did! I won so much for this buyer that it’s honestly hard for me to believe myself. I put together a strategy, and with the cooperation of my client, we executed it perfectly. If you don’t already know, I am not afraid to negotiate. In fact, I absolutely love it. My buyers are enjoying their new home , I successfully negotiated $11,000 off of the purchase price, a brand new roof, which has been completely installed and warranty transferred to their name which ended up costing the seller just over $19,000. In addition to that, the seller paid for a brand new pool solar heating system which rang up just about $6,000. Not only that, to put the cherry on top we were able to get an agreement on the closing date that was super comfortable for my buyers so they did not have to stress moving across country. As a matter of fact this home is so popular right now we actually had to squeeze our final walk in as one customer was leaving the next was arriving later that same day as They where signing closing documents.

I have been working on an idea of mine since the start of the new year and the time has almost come to launch 🚀. It is one of my professional goals to try and reach more people on different platforms, YouTube is the natural next step for me. My goal is to provide SHORT educational videos with the main focus being on helping people get to know Central Florida a little better one community at a time. I will be aiming for one video a month going forward each time in a new location. This has not been an easy first step for me and being in front of the camera is not my strongest suit however in order to get better you have to live on the edge of comfort and I am pushing myself to make this happen.
I’m excited to share it with you all very soon. 😅

Let me brag on my lender for a second…..
I am representing the seller for this transaction, the buyers agent notified me there was trouble with the buyers loan. In fact she tried to solve the problem with two different lenders before she reached out to me to give me the bad news and was expecting to be canceling the deal. But it’s ok I’m all about working together to find solutions. After hearing the complications the buyer was having I put them in touch with my preferred lender because I knew if this file could close she would close it!
