This was a fun one! Got this waterfront seller $544+ per SQ ft for their home! That's in the top 10 $/sf for the whole Banana River 2020-present!

After securing an offer on their current home, we turned around and purchased them their "forever home" contingent on the first sale.

On closing day these sellers sold one home, purchased another home and got PAID!

Spring is sprung!
