We are almost home! 🎉🎉🎉

As a real estate agent I am always on a mission to earn your business and I will always be thankful for every client and every transaction I get to manage for them. With that being said there’s no room for favoritism when if comes to doing my job.

But today I am going to a bit biased and say that so far this was my favorite transaction. On this transaction I got to represent my family on our way to become homeowners.

After helping many families achieve their dream of building wealth through homeownership, I am finally going to start doing that for myself and the feeling is awesome!

Holidays are perfect time to shop for new construction home because builders are offering lots of promotions.

Their goal is to finish strong in the last quarter and offload as many inventory homes as they can, which can really benefit YOU as the buyer.

With rising interest rates builders had to get even more creative so now you can buy down your interest rate for the first few years of the loan, get credit towards your closing costs, get discounted price for lot premiums, credit to shop for appliances, reduced price for upgrades for finishes and so much more!

ORLANDO MARKET UPDATE! 📉

In October 2022 we saw the following numbers:

Median home price: $365,000
Overall sales: 2,716
Days on Market: 38
Current inventory: 7,128

Inventory in Orlando is definitely going up which means more options for buyers! Even though interest rates are rising, buyers are now able to negotiate things like credit for repairs or credit towards closing costs. Buyers can also use credit to buy down their interest rates in the first years of their loan.

Quick Orlando Market Update! 📈📉

September 2022:

Median Home Price: $365,000
Overall Sale: 2,717
Days on Market: 31
Current Inventory: 6,884

Second month in a row medan home prices dropped (from $377,750 to $365,000) which is great news for everyone looking to buy a home. Even with the rising interest rates, homeownership is still possible for a lot of people.

SERB FEST 2022 🇷🇸

This past weekend was 15th annual Serbian festival organized by St. Petka Orthodox Church in Longwood, FL.

Every year thousands of people get together for 3 days to enjoy traditional Serbian food, music, folklore and hospitality.

Every person that works at the festival is a volunteer and all money gathered goes toward church and charity. The contribution means even more now because the church got slightly damaged due to Hurricane Ian.

This year I was finally able to join the volunteer squad and had the best time ever. My contribution was very small but giving back to the community always gives me joy and happiness.

Since I was born and raised in Serbia, this event is a perfect opportunity to enjoy some homemade, hearty food and bring back favorites childhood memories.

I’ve also learned how to operate fryer and make crepes, although it took a few burned ones first😂

Florida is full of superheroes! 💙

Last week was very sad for the entire state of Florida.

Hurricane Ian was few miles per hour short of being Category 5 storm and resulted in millions loosing power, property and roads damage, flooding and unfortunately loss of life.

One of the many things that makes me love Florida even more is the strength of its community.

Recovery for many will probably a take very long time, but immediately after the storm passed the community came together to help those in need.

If you are looking to help, head to https://www.volunteerflorida.org to see instructions on how to donate money or look for volunteering opportunities in affected areas.

If your home was damaged due to to storm, the first step should be to reach out to your homeowner’s insurance company. Do not hesitate to contact your (or any realtor) to get list of trusted contractors, as well.

We will recover from this because we are in this together, and nothing beats the power of TOGETHER 💪💪💪

It sounds like a cliché but I always get overwhelmed with emotions and tears of joy whenever I read something like this!

If you ask me what is the best part of being a realtor, I would say it is - THIS!

The biggest reward an agent can get is when clients trust you with the biggest purchase in their life and get nothing but positive experience while working with you!

The second biggest reward is when they turn from clients into friends and you get to witness first hand the happiness of their new home!
