Closed this morning on one that tested everyone involved.

A bad appraisal almost derailed the whole thing. What got it across the finish line was a dream of a seller client, a buyers agent who worked tirelessly with me to find solutions, and a buyer who wanted to make it happen. Everyone showed up, stayed calm, and found a way through.

That is the version of this industry I am proud to be part of. The appraiser, on the other hand, will not be getting a shoutout.

Fifth closing of the week! This listing came to me as a referral from a trusted friend and lender, and it was one we had to work for. New construction in the area created real pricing pressure, and finding the right buyer took patience and the right positioning. Further, from contract to close just now, it took an immense amount of patience.

But it only takes one. One buyer who understands the value, and we found the buyer who did.

Grateful for the referral, grateful for the trust, and grateful for the outcome for my sellers.

Closings three and four of the week, and this one is worth pausing on.

On the seller side, these two have become some of my favorite people over the past year. Getting to deliver this exit for them is something I will not forget. On the buyer side, I get to keep doing one of my favorite things, helping families relocate to Orlando and put down roots in a city I love.

Represented both sides of this one, something I love to do. In my experience, it has helped foster and expedite communication and negotiations between both sides.
