Can I say wow!?
I met this beautiful woman while I was door knocking in my favorite community! When I knocked on her door she opened up and I guess she trusted me so she let me in! She showed me her house and I have to say... its a gorgeous house... but 2 years ago half of it flooded! Because of the flood, half of the house was gutted. No kitchen, 2 bathrooms gone, 3 bedrooms no longer able to be utilized, it was in dire condition.
I knew I could sell her house, and I knew the exact resources and options she would need to be able to sell it for top $$$ despite the condition. I met with her daughter Jessie to discuss the house and their options and what they were comfortable with. Got the home listed and sold for enough to pay off all her debts, AND buy a really nice townhouse... CASH!
Now she's closer to her family, closer to her church, lives in a complete home and i really couldn't be happier that I got to help her through this process.
Ps - I also represented the buyer on the sell of her home 😱
Pps - I'm now the project manager on the flip of the house and I feel so blessed and proud of what I'm accomplishing
