Never forget. May God Bless 🇺🇸 America

I was there when 9/11 happened. It was a tragedy unimaginable. I was supposed to have been on the top of one of the Manhattan buildings that day and the meeting was cancelled by the grace of God. I worked in Long Island instead. I found a train station with communication and managed to call a corporation in Florida to patch me to my mom to let her know I was ok. I cried for days and months for all the lost lives. Funeral procession after funeral procession every day. I finally returned home to Florida after the company I was working for closed its doors in NY.

Today marks 22 years since the day that changed America forever. We will never forget 9/11 and the lives that were lost that day at the Twin Towers, the Pentagon, and Shanksville, PA. I am so thankful to our military for our freedom and their dedication. Thinking of all those who lost their lives and everyone affected by the tragedy today.

May Dolly Parton rest in peace. 😢. I know I don’t post often enough and I felt I must share …Although my joy of music spans different genres, I found true Heart Love and Charity behind Dolly’s music and philanthropy over the years. If only time could stop - just one more song... sometimes I think, let’s stop time right now because I have a lot to do and people to serve or whatever God has called me for. Time doesn’t stop though / we need to appreciate the time we have. Thank you Dolly for your generosity and gifts over the years and may you be the angel Heaven sends to teach us your ways. Prayers and blessings to Dolly’s family. 🙏💔

Melbourne area colleagues and friends - If you know someone who wants to adopt a cat or dog and want to know they were cared for; consider Hope for Brevard in Melbourne. I have personally visited HOPE for Brevard and they take amazing care of the animals. They take both dogs and cats. I’m glad there is a quality service such as this. Consider adopting here. Meanwhile come to spaghetti dinner June 6th. that will fund the vet bills for caring for the animals. It is at the Italian American club. See link! 👇

Fabulous news for the Space coast in Florida! Astronauts splashdown. And they are safe best I can tell at this hour. Technology and medical advances can happen with space exploration! I took a tv video at splashdown that is 5 min long saved. Let’s go NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration and all the other companies doing great things such as Blue Origin SpaceX Launch Complex 40. I feel like I’m a part of history / Ive always been passionate about our space program. Ask anyone who knows me! My heart melts ❣️

My update: New beginnings here and I found my way back to IG! look for new announcements as I continue my journey with KW Commercial at the KW Space Coast. This is home. God, Family, Integrity 😇 and drumroll I love everyone’s professionalism. We align. I’m excited beyond words at the opportunities! and to help new agents too. We are always learning as markets shift. I’ll be here once a month or more (if I can) to connect with you and share market reports on local CRE. (Next post!) although you’ll find me more on LinkedIn. Commercial projects is my 💯 focus. Relationships reignited. I love my work! My favorite areas are downtown Orlando and Melbourne/Viera/Cocoa Village on the Space Coast. What are yours? I’m a little late in posting for 2026 after a rocky start with a vehicle accident which resulted in a “new to me” car and severe cold here in Orlando that caused a myriad of things as one can imagine and temps reached down into the 20’s. Our 🍊 industry has been severely impacted and many dead palm 🌴trees is saddening.
Every day this year has been adventurous so far. If thats any insight to how the year will flow, I look forward to rest of year and to making a difference for our area businesses.
👏 As I embark on my new journey - special thanks to Saunders Real Estate leadership for the education and growth in learning true deep dive analysis of commercial properties and owner benefits which has prepared me for my next entrepreneurship venture. Im always looking at the next great idea and applying it to our work - ask anyone who knows me!

I will be primary in Melbourne, Viera, Cocoa Beach and Cocoa Village along with East Orlando since im right in the middle. I will continue towards obtaining broker license and ccim courses to stay current.
