lead generation software/products to both realtors and insurance agents for the past 13 years. Upon looking for a new challenge and looking at several professions, I chose real estate due to the variety of career paths available and the flexibility to weave my volunteerism efforts seamlessly until my work week. Phillips YMCA Advisory Board, serve as a board member with the Men of Holy Family Ministry, and volunteer to provide scuba therapy to special needs individuals among other philanthropic efforts. When not selling real estate or volunteering you can find me boating, scuba diving, riding my motorcycle, or spending time at home with my dog and working on DIY projects. A memorable and heartfelt meeting at the Dr. Phillips YMCA as we gathered for Executive Director Christopher Demetriou final meeting. His impact on this community will be felt for years to come, and while he’ll be greatly missed we wish you the best on the next chapter… the friendships and connections will continue.

That’s a wrap on Orlando Bike Week 2026! 🏍️

A big thank you to Orlando Harley-Davidson® — especially KC and Nikki — for organizing an amazing event and making it such a great success for my team at Coldwell Banker Realty.

This didn’t feel like work. Saw some old friends and made some new friends and who like myself also loves to ride. Absolutely loved being part of this event it was just a great time with an incredible community!!!

Today is the YMCA’s Day of Giving Dr. P. Phillips YMCA! You can come up to the Y today or let me know if you’d like to donate — and yes, you can even put a pie in my face 😄 It’s all for a great cause!

There are many ways to give at different donation levels, all supporting life-saving swim lessons, youth sports, after-school care, and programs that strengthen families in our Dr. Phillips community.

Happy Friday everyone!
Hope your week ended well. A busy day with pictures…
700am – Met a client to thank them and give a closing gift in selling their home.
730am – Dr. P. Phillips YMCA Advisory Board Meeting. Best Friday of the month!
900am – Walmart to pick up ponchos for the rain tomorrow.
1000am – Picked up the U-Haul van to carry everything to Orlando Harley for the event this weekend!
1030am – Office Depot to pick up supplies.
1145am – Walk-through for a second closing for my buyers.
100pm – Signed at the title company… my clients were amazing and purchased this beautiful home!
230pm – Stopped by office to print items for tomorrow.
400pm – Getting ready for bike week tomorrow at Orlando Harley!!
Even if it rains, it’s going to be a fantastic day… stop by and spend the prize wheel and enjoy all of the festivities!!!

Hope everyone is having a great day so far!

Honestly, I hesitated to post this as recognition has never been what drives me — but I do believe hard work, consistency, and the right support around you make a difference.
