We actually closed last Wednesday... I'm a little behind, but I am SO HAPPY to have helped my seller with getting his home SOLD! This was a difficult sale... After having failed being listed with a previous Realtor, I offered my services with a realistic price adjustment, repeat open houses and a clear line of constant communication to keep him looped in on our progress and we found our buyers!
