Eek!! We officially went under contract on our first commercial real estate investment property! 😬

Up until now, my investments in CRE were as a Limited Partner, which is a great way to get started. As a broker and deal-sourcer, I always knew I wanted to get to the other side of the table, and we finally took the leap.

This is a scary jump but one we’ve proforma’d (over and over🙃) and feel confident in. One of the biggest benefits of being a broker, or working with a local broker on your investments, is truly understanding the market and the numbers behind a deal.

After talking with other professionals in this industry, I know there are a lot of people who want to get more involved in CRE investing but are not always sure how. I plan on sharing our experience with this property along with what real CRE investment deals look like.

We had so much fun at Annual Cocktail Wars event! The overall theme was under the big top and each table had to select a coordinating theme and create a matching cocktail with decor. 🎪🎡🤡🤹‍♀️

This was our first time participating and “Welcome to the Freakshow” placed second in theme/decor. 🥃🥈

Looking forward to coming back next year and going for first!
