This was my first Condo sale and it was challenging with many layers to get through, but with the expert help and advices I received from my awesome Broker Christopher Nutt, and Lead Agent Edward Johnson, their knowledge made it seamless and easy. Seriously, my Broker has the ability to finesse anything while educating! 😉 Also, a special Thank You to Kyle Straub with Fbc Mortgage for his expert and well constructed advices! I truly appreciate you guys being so sweet and helpful. Lastly, it was nice working on this sale where the listing agent Jordan & Seller Sean were both cooperative and stuck to their word making it all even more possible! THANK YOU both!
