This was a transaction from Heaven where stars aligned perfectly from the moment my dearest client laid eyes on this beautiful townhouse in Lake Nona! The whole process was smooth sailing and we closed today! Congratulations Jana Wang on a purchase of your very first home!

I honestly believe in Karma and how it affects our lives in a good or bad way depending how we treat people around us. Ms. Craig is such a sweet, caring lady who devotes herself helping her ill sister and her children whenever she can, traveling all over the states if someone is in need of her assistance. Because of that, the entire process of selling her house was a smooth sailing from the moment we listed a few weeks ago, to the time of closing today!

Congratulations to the Greenfeld Family for their purchase of a beautiful townhome in the prestigious Dr. Phillips location! We struggled through three contract extensions from the lender, but finally closed on the 60 day mark. The hurdles we had to overcome were beyond stressful…..so if I have one recommendation to my dearest friends/family/clients, PLEASE coordinate with your Real Estate Agent when selecting a lender. Keep in mind a home purchase is one of the most important investments of your life and you need a lender wo can professionally manage your financing needs with care and compassion. The right lender can make the entire purchasing process a smooth and satisfying experience. A good Real Estate Agent will only work with lenders they have had positive experiences with and those with a proven ability to close on time. Real Estate Agents are not paid any type of referral fee…..our recommendations are only made in the best interests of our clients. As a professional Real Estate Agent, my goal to provide you with the best possible home buying experience.

Meet Bill💁‍♂️

Bill decided to sell his home by himself.
Bill took some pictures of his home and then posted them online
Bill was arrested the next day
Bill had no idea why
Bill then found out his beautiful Rose patterned sheets were the actual culprit.

All of this could have been avoided if Bill simply used a Realtor to sell his home. Realtors always make sure you present your home in the best possible way.

So, when you sell your home; don't be a Bill. Use a Realtor.
If you don't...you could get arrested
