We found a beautiful home with a large living room, perfect for hosting gatherings, and an extra room for an at home office. After discussing our options, they decided to go with a new construction townhome in St Cloud. This townhome is over 2,000sqft!! There is plenty of room for their growing family. Happy for y'all :)

CONGRATULATIONS to my lovely clients who I have been working with for over a year! My buyers took their time and did their research on Central Florida, as they are not originally from here. Working with them, I was able to help them weigh out their options on whether or not they wanted to buy land and build, buy new construction, or purchase a home and renovate. After thoughtful and careful consideration on all Florida Real Estate has to offer, they decided to purchase a beautiful home in an established neighborhood with the option to build a Mother-In-Law Suite in the back! They couldn't be happier :)

CONGRATULATIONS to my adorable, resilient, & new friends. I met my clients last summer and they were excited to buy their first home here in Central Florida as they were new to the area. They fell in love with all the options and perks New Construction had to offer. They were able to purchase a home that allowed them to go to the design studio and pick out custom upgrades to the home while it was being built ground up. It was quite a wait, but they are happy to have the keys to their first home with their own personal touches.

March & April were so wonderful both professionally and personally!!! Meeting and helping so many people not only purchasing their first homes, but second homes as well. Simultaneously selling my condo and purchasing a Single Family Home was a huge milestone in mine and my husband's life.
