We got it done! 🥂🎉 This GORGEOUS home is now property of my clients, and I couldn’t be happier for them!

This one was unique to say the least and came with several challenges but we were able to negotiate down 35k!!

I’m forever thankful for the hard work from this team

🙏 Thankful for all of the amazing experiences and relationships I’ve had and made in such a short period of time.

This one was a special one for me, and I couldn’t think of a better family to get this beautiful home in Dr. Phillips 🏡

I got to know Tony and John very well over the past 6 weeks. They were relocating, and needed to find a place ASAP. We found them the perfect home that checked all the boxes, and were able to negotiate 10k closing costs, with a purchase price 5k below appraised value!

Needless to say, I have some very happy clients, and some incredible new friends!

Congratulations to my buyers 🥂

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas! 🎄Thankful for the holidays so we can end this crazy year on a high note.

Congrats to my buyers who also just had their first baby! 🍼🍾
This was as smooth of a transaction as it could get from start to finish, and I can’t wait to meet the new homeowners! (They bought remotely from Qatar, and were honestly so great to work with). I’m so happy I could help secure their dream home in their neighborhood of choice before they arrived stateside! Thanks for making life easy!!

Firing off the “you up?” text to my buyer after telling the listing agent on a hot listing you’ll have an executed contract by the end of the day and it’s now 11:59pm 😅
