Beth Gravilla at Keller Williams Classic Realty

I don’t post on here often, or brag on the work we do nearly enough, but this honor hit differently. I wanted to share it with all of you. Moving to KY two years ago was a huge change and the adjustment didn’t come easy. However, finding the team of professionals I have been blessed to work with has changed the game for me. It’s one thing to see their magic every day but it’s a whole different feeling when others begin to notice. The team at Keller Williams Commonwealth have earned this award so whole heartedly and I’m lucky to get to be part of that success. If you know anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in the state of Kentucky… I literally know the best in the business. Give me a call.

Quartz counters, waterfall island, stainless steel appliances, double wall ovens, and so much more make this the perfect kitchen for any occasion! And the chef in your life will feel like they host a cooking show every time they prep dinner. 😏😜🤣

Inventory is still low and homes are still selling despite what the news may say. It’s more important than ever to work with a hyper local expert who knows the local economy and is in touch with local market trends! If you’re looking to sell, I’d love to chat. ®
