Although interest rates are higher and there are more houses available for sale compared to last year, the Central Florida market is not slowing down any time soon. It is still an amazing time to buy a home with the price of a one bedroom around $1,500 a month the VALUE does not match the PRICE when you can get a 3 bedroom house for that same monthly payment!
