Fun fact:

Rich and I have tried to get to the Versace Mansion in Miami multiple times.

The first time a hurricane hit. The second time COVID hit. The third time I injured my leg. And, we finally made it.

I have always been interested in seeing the architecture and design there. It did not disappoint.

I absolutely love traveling and creating memories with this guy!

How did I make over 💯k on this deal?

There are so many factors that contribute to hitting a home run on deals.

1. This home had outdated finishes that so many people couldn’t see past.

2. It’s in a neighborhood that was still being built up so people could buy brand new instead of a resale.

3. Trusted my logic from previous experiences. This home had a gorgeous backyard on the golf course. There were no lots left on the golf course!

4. The home prices were appreciating daily so I knew I had a good chance of a bigger profit.

Making more money isn’t what drives me. It’s freedom of time and doing what I love that does.

If you’re thinking about investing in multi-family properties, save this for later.

Real estate investing can be a highly profitable activity.

Often we speak about financial freedom and making your money work for you but it’s also about knowledge and staying focused and motivated.

I don’t come from a real estate knowledgeable family. I graduated college with a business and education degree and worked hard to save enough money to buy my first home…on my own.

I didn’t learn about the benefits of investing and the different ways to purchase real estate until I met my husband. We started buying rental properties and fixing flips together.

It’s not easy but I promise you it does pay off. You’ve got this!

Christmas at my home.

Where are my still image lovers at? December has been such a great month for getting together with friends, decorating the house, and hosting gatherings for clients.

Lowes has become a go to store for scrap tree branches. I’m using them on my table and to decorate my dress form.

The tiny ornament set is from Target and it’s only $5 for 25 of them! That’s a win!
