St. Petersburg New Construction visit 🏠🚧

This is a very good story of perseverance and faith.

She was my first customer through social media advertising Real Estate, I am a Realtor in the state of Florida.

We met on her office for our first appointment and our journey began in poinciana new construction site. Feb 2020.

On our first try we were turned down. After a little disappointment, we went to construction site # 2. March 2020 we made a contract but after 6 months, construction was not started. We had to cancel and try with construction site # 3!!! September 2020.

Construction finally ended on May 2021 and she was able to get to her final goal. Home Owner!!!
