One of the greatest responsibilities of masculine leadership is creating an environment where trust can thrive.

Not through control.

When a woman feels secure in the relationship, she doesn’t have to stay in survival mode.

She can relax.
She can trust.

One of the most important decisions I’ve made in both my marriage and my business was eliminating Plan B.

Years ago, I realized that as long as I had a backup plan, I was never fully committed to Plan A.

The same principle applies to marriage.

Too many people are all-in on their careers but only partially committed to their relationships.

My wife and I made a different decision.
There is no my plan.
There is no her plan.
There is OUR plan.

When you stop looking for exits, you start finding solutions.
When you stop preparing to leave, you start learning how to stay, grow, and win together.

The strongest businesses are built through commitment.
The strongest marriages are too.
Success isn’t about having the perfect plan.
It’s about fully committing to the one you’ve chosen.

One of the hardest conversations in real estate is telling a seller what they need to hear instead of what they want to hear.

Every seller wants top dollar.
The problem is, the market doesn’t care what we want.
The market determines value.

And as real estate professionals, our job isn’t to be order takers.
Our job is to be advisors.

That means having the courage to sit across from a seller and explain why their home may not be worth what they think it is.

The last thing I told my wife before she fell asleep last night was how proud I am of her.

And yet I woke up still feeling like I wasn't finished saying it.

So here it is.

I watched Lorena pour herself into the P31 Summit for months. Day and night.
