Many of you know me personally, but for those who don’t, I’d like to take a moment to introduce myself and share a little about who I am.

My name is Malvys Martinez, and I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) REALTOR® with Florida Realty Investments, proudly serving Orlando and the surrounding Central Florida communities.

I have called Central Florida home since 1995 and have been happily married to my wonderful husband for 33 years. Together, we have raised two amazing children who have been one of the greatest blessings in our lives. Family means everything to me, and when I’m not helping clients, I enjoy cooking, spending time at the beach, watching movies, and making memories with the people I love most.

Real estate has always been a passion of mine because I truly enjoy helping people achieve one of the most important milestones of their lives…. homeownership. Encroachment es la intrusión física no autorizada en la propiedad de un vecino. Ocurre cuando una estructura u objeto (como una cerca) se extiende más allá de los límites legales del terreno. Por eso es tan importante hacerle un survey a la propiedad que estas comprando. No te lo saltes!
