Hello. I’m the Mud Dauber. Sorry about the "ugly" dirt tubes I’m building on your siding.

I know it looks like I’m starting a colony, but I’m a solitary architect. I don't have a hive to defend, which means I’m almost never aggressive. You could walk right past me, and I wouldn't care. I’m busy hunting.

I stuff each one of these mud tubes with 20-30 paralyzed spiders.

My favorite prey? Black Widows and Brown Recluses. I am a specialist at finding the dangerous spiders that hide in your woodpiles and eaves. I paralyze them, put them in my mud "pantry," and lay an egg.

What to do:
If the nest is in a spot where it won't be bumped, just leave it. I’m providing free, 24/7 spider control for your patio. Once the holes appear in the mud, I’m gone for the season. You can scrape the dry mud off then.

I’m sorry I look intimidating.
But your porch is a Black Widow-free zone because of me.

Hello. I’m the Mole. Sorry about the "speed bumps" I left in your front yard last night.

I know the ridges in the turf drive you crazy. You think I’m eating your grass roots, but I’m actually a carnivore. I’m down there swimming through the soil because I smelled something delicious: Japanese Beetle grubs.

I eat my entire body weight in grubs and larvae every 24 hours.

The grubs I eat are the ones that actually kill your lawn by disconnecting the grass from its roots. Plus, my tunnels act as a natural aeration system, allowing oxygen and rainwater to reach deep into the soil without you having to rent a machine.

What to do:
If my tunnels bother you, just step on them to press the grass back down. If you have "too many" moles, it’s a sign you have a massive grub infestation. Address the grubs, and I’ll move to the neighbor’s yard.

I’m sorry I’m messy.
But your soil is aerated and grub-free because of me.

Many have asked for a copy of the judge’s order in the first of our 3 habeas victories. It is public record and you can access in comments section.

The federal court in the Middle District of Florida granted a writ of habeas corpus and ordered our client’s immediate release after finding that the federal government unlawfully arrested and detained him.

The judge ruled that ICE misapplied federal immigration law, ignored due process, and held our client without a warrant, charges, or lawful authority. The Court made clear that individuals already living in the United States with an active immigration process cannot be subjected to automatic detention without hearings.

The government was stopped from continuing this unlawful practice, and federal prosecutors were ordered to explain why they should not be sanctioned.

Un tribunal federal del Distrito Medio de Florida concedió un recurso de habeas corpus y ordenó la liberación inmediata de nuestro cliente tras determinar que el gobierno lo arrestó y detuvo de manera ilegal.

El juez concluyó que ICE aplicó incorrectamente la ley federal de inmigración, violó el debido proceso y mantuvo a nuestro cliente sin orden judicial, sin cargos y sin autoridad legal. El tribunal dejó claro que las personas que ya viven en Estados Unidos no pueden ser detenidas automáticamente sin audiencias.

El gobierno fue prohibido permanentemente de continuar con esta práctica ilegal, y los fiscales federales fueron ordenados a explicar por qué no deben ser sancionados.
