Flavors include classic, artichoke cashew, sun dried tomato and many more! I never leave the market without a tub of her seasonal flavors like red pepper almond or pistachio. Come visit her Saturdays from 9am-1pm on Park Ave!

Curious about how the market is doing?

Whether you’re a buyer or seller, the market is doing some interesting things right now.

Right now, interest rates are dropping fast, allowing more buyers to enter the market. This is great news for buyers, but don’t wait too long to make the move. Interest rates are supposed to continue to drop multiple times in 2024, which brings more competition to the market and drives prices up.

To my sellers, the buyers are coming out of the shadows to start buying. Because of the high interest rates the last couple months, buyers have been putting off purchasing a home… until now. “But shouldn’t we wait until the interest rates drop lower and more buyers come to the market?” Well, inventory is still relatively low right now, which means less competition as a seller. By waiting, you’re allowing more homes to come on the market.

This I am highlighting an Orlando gem for my friends with a sweet tooth. Gideon's Bakehouse opened in 2016 and has been a hit ever since. Try their iconic cookies at almost a half pound each!! But don't take my word for it, see it for yourself at their original location at East End Market, or their newest location at Disney Springs. Oh, and their cake slices are fabulous too!
