🚀 Early morning for the Vargas crew. Out to the coast super early to experience Florida like how a Floridian would, watching the Falcon Heavy take off and boosters return back to land. Super fun experience for the kiddos though it required for them to wake up at 5:30 on a Sunday. Didn’t expect to hang amongst mini astronauts lol. The booms for the return were impactful but how fun to experience! Now, park time, and a nap for the drive back.

Trust but Verify… Vendor Edition. We all have stories with handling vendors. Some vendors are great and some need a little push on expectations and others just need to be flat out fired. Just always remember, anyone that goes to a home, is a representation of you!

What do I do with my parents house? If you have a parent going into assisted-living or a retirement home, and don’t know what to do with their home… Maybe it’s not a great market right now to sell it or think that you can make more at another date, then let’s rent it out! I can go to the home and assess the necessary items needed to get it updated or repaired for the rental market, get it on the market, find you a qualified tenant, and take care of the day-to-day maintenances for the home and collect rents. And at the end of the day… Your parents can make some additional income to help offset their cost costs. And it doesn’t hurt to have someone take care of the property, increase its value, for future sellable market. Don’t short fall your money and sell it to a house flipping/cash buying investor!
