If you are selling your property and was wondering about the commission. this article might help. So, basically, the amount of commission is negotiable... It has been customary to be 6%, 3% for the seller agent and 3% for the buyer agent. However, and that has been the case forever, sellers always have the option to negotiate it down to whatever amount is palatable to them but still fair to the agents. Depending on how difficult the deal is. The seller can opt not to pay the buyer's side of the commission. However, that will definitely affect the exposure and the marketing of the property. Again, there are always ways to negotiate, between commission amount, the price of the property and concessions.

So the real estate market is gradually shifting into a buyers market. Depending on the local market in the different parts of central Florida buyers can have a little bit a of more negotiating power. since the demand has been stagnant for the last few months, either for political or economicreason reasons. this is not to say that there is a imbalance in the market, but the market is coming to an even scale. Sellers can still have good deals if they correctly price their houses, and be in tune with the changes in the market around them. There is always a time when to buy or sell a house. One just has to cover most of the basis.

Granted he/she or they did their due diligence in researching : readiness, needs, eligibility and some other factors. If most of the necessary spots are checked then it is the best time to buy.
