We are looking for a salesperson. A real one. Someone competitive. Hungry. Driven by the scoreboard. Someone who enjoys prospecting, knows how to overcome objections, follows up relentlessly, and has absolutely no problem looking someone in the eye and asking for the business.

At CENTURY 21 Edge, you’ll be helping licensed and newly licensed real estate professionals decide where they want to build their businesses — in a market where they have plenty of choices.

Your job? Win their business.

We’ll give you a powerful brand, a compelling value proposition, opportunities to work, and an incredible team behind you. But we also expect you to create opportunities of your own, build a pipeline, and close.

✅ Real estate experience? Nice, but not required.
✅ Proven sales ability? Absolutely required.

If you’ve crushed it in B2B sales, solar, SaaS, insurance, payroll/HCM, merchant services, home improvement, financial services, or another highly competitive sales environment, I want to hear from you.

Janet’s listing on Robinson Street in Downtown Orlando has officially closed! This one began when her neighbors knocked on her door, trusting her to help them get their home sold.
