POV: You go from studying for exams to signing closing documents 🎓✍🏼🏡
I first met my buyer’s parents at one of my Zillow listings while they were casually browsing homes and figuring out where their son wanted to live. They didn’t have an agent at the time, but a few days later they reached back out ready to start the search together 🙌🏼
After touring six homes, we found the one — and moved FAST. Thanks to a strong, clean offer strategy, we beat out multiple offers and got under contract the very next day!
Huge congratulations to my buyer on purchasing his very first home at such a young age. Building equity while in college? That’s a pretty amazing way to start the next chapter!

From an email & phone call at the end of March, to house hunting during their vacation in April, to closing day at the end of May 🏡✨
Today, I get to hand the keys to an amazing family relocating back to Florida from New Hampshire — and I’m so grateful a mutual friend connected us. What started as a referral quickly turned into helping a family find HOME again. ❤️
One thing about real estate? Sometimes the timeline moves fast when everything aligns the way it’s meant to. From long-distance planning, virtual communication, vacation showings, and navigating a move back to Florida, we made it happen in just a couple of months!
