Allow me to reintroduce myself my name is
Jessica L Vazquez, PA, otherwise known as Jessi from the block Jessie, the twin, a.k.a., Co**ha, a.k.a. She-Ra. Aka Jessica rabbit.
My purpose and passion, and why I do real estate defers greatly from my colleagues and peers.
growing up in the wonderful city of New York During the 80s where crack was live prostitution was big and crime was at an all time high. I had to learn how to survive the mean streets at a very early age. I learned even through the roughest of circumstances to not just survive but to Thrive! I have the battle scars to prove it.
I grew up in a single-family household where us children as children also contributed financially to our household(yes it means we actually worked) to assist my poor mother who is left to raise three children by herself at a very young age. This now grown woman has learned so many life, skills from experience. I was able to turn that into what I am today. It’s been a long journey. it is my mission to break, generational curses, and assist those out they’re looking to change their circumstances. unfortunately, for me, I had to take the ruff road ( everything for a reason) , and I to repeated those same cycles that I was exposed to as a child. Like a big girl I also had to learn how to get myself up out of it. And I have done this multiple times in my lifetime. my banking background I fell into I did not choose it. But, Was savy enough to take it as an opportunity to learn things that I was not Taught as a child about finances and homeownership. I grew up in a city, where the mentality was to take government assistance by Gucci bags and Prada, and lived in the project Tenements. Don’t take me the wrong way we have to do what we need to to elevate. However, I still have friends with that same mentality yet do not own real estate nothing to pass on to their children and don’t even know that they qualify for so many great things, and so much more. Boy did I not only learn, I elevated several times talking every lesson and turning lemons to lemonade. I learned excelled and boy do I do it well. My expertise include financing, financial advisement, financial planning, business development, strategic finance, real estate finance, business marketing, management and advertising . I’ve helped many business clients come up with a marketing and business strategy for many start up companies then led them to expansion. Some of the many tools that I have in my Arsenal is having had my mortgage license I know about financing when it comes to purchasing. I also possess my 220 property and casualty insurance license, which provides me additional insight when looking at Properties, I don’t just show you properties I cherry pick the properties right for your financial circumstance. Not every financing loan fits each property. You need to really know what you’re doing. I am finally ready to speak on my experience and give it back to those individuals out there also suffering the same fate. I can help you and guide you through the storm! I took my experiences as a learning opportunity because there’s always lessons in the blessings. I had to dig deep and dig myself out of financial ruin from choosing the wrong partner in my life. Living life under narcissistic abuse is like living through hell. I don’t regret anything it’s equipped me with additional wisdom and insight like no other.
