Aug 2020 numbers are out.
Both interest rates and inventory are at an all time low.
Median price y/y -> 10%

A spring of paused transactions have propelled an upswing in buyer activity that continued in August and sent Orlando area home sales into positive territory for the second consecutive month. Orlando's median price also continued on its upward path, while inventory again fell to a new low.
