The townhome seems very nice from a far, but once you take a look very closely you see the poor qualtiy workmanship everywhere. All the cabinets, kitchen bathrooms and floors are all painted with a latex paint, that is a disaster. Floor moldings are not placed correctly. Vinyl floor on all floors and black formica counter tops. cracked and chipped tile through out the entire town home. Lots of woods work is in bad shape and many of the double pained windows have moisture in them. Some water intrution and paint splatter everywhere! Tack strip for carpet has rusty nails.This place needs a massive overhaul.
