🗓️ In April, members of the IHRMC Home Office Team—Meghan Stuart, CHA, CHIA, Soraya Boggs, Jim Heeres, and Brandon Melendez—attended the "From Google to Generative: The New Era of Customer Discovery" luncheon hosted by the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association (FRLA), sponsored by VISIT FLORIDA, and presented by CLYDE at the Orlando World Center Marriott.

🤖 This seminar provided great insights on the methods Artificial Intelligence uses to scan the internet for information on our hotels, as well as strategies to improve our properties digital presence through Generative Engine Optimization. As A.I. cements it's presence in our guests lives, we must adapt our practices and outlooks in order to provide the most effective, future forward management services for our owners. Special thanks to Michael Ford for the incredible presentation!

🌠 In 2025, our on-site teams exceeded our expectations in more ways then we ever thought possible. There was no challenge they didn't meet head on, no obstacle that could slow them down, and no objective they couldn't accomplish! All of us at IHRMC are incredibly proud of the work these teams put in every day to give our guests a proper, memorable experience that leaves them planning their next stay with us; and we're beyond happy to celebrate what those guests recognized.

🏆 For this year's .com Traveler Review Awards, we are proud to share that many of our properties received recognition for their high marks and successes! These four stood out to us as leaders; prime examples of what we push every property in our portfolio to aspire to. Round of applause for each of these fine hotels, as well as a special thanks to the general managers who made a positive impact on their guests. 🗓️ On March 6th, IHRMC held it's Annual GM Day in our new Home Office! Hosted by our President, Meghan Stuart, CHA, CHIA, with contributions from our leadership team: Soraya Boggs, Jim Heeres, Brandon Melendez, and Zachary Griffin; this was an incredible opportunity for us to celebrate the accomplishments of our General Managers, and provide them with valuable trainings to enable their success.

🤝 Massive thanks to our close vendors, ASM | PEO and ALL AMERICAN WATER RESTORATION, INC., for sponsoring the day's meals and exciting activities. Shelly Fiorelli of asm | peo, and Christopher Thornburg of AAWR gave wonderful presentations on the range of care their respective businesses provide us. These vendors not only provide amazing services to our General Managers and their Properties every day, but always go the extra mile to strengthen our business relationship!
