Construction continues at Runway Logistics, with Building 2 now dried in.

Located just south of Charlotte Douglas International Airport, the 81-acre development will deliver seven buildings totaling approximately 900K SF of industrial space. Designed to accommodate a range of tenant sizes and uses, Runway Logistics offers convenient access to major transportation corridors, intermodal facilities, and one of the region's largest labor pools.

In partnership with the Carrie Meek Foundation, the project also includes a workforce development component focused on supporting job creation and long-term economic opportunity.

Tampa Construction Update! All five buildings are now standing at Two Palms as construction continues across the site.

The project will deliver 262K SF of shallow-bay industrial space designed to support local businesses and growing companies seeking infill locations with access to I-4 and I-75. The development is part of our broader strategy of transforming underutilized office sites into modern industrial facilities that better align with today's market demand.

Watson Grove Baptist Church, a 137-year-old congregation in Nashville’s Edgehill neighborhood, has partnered with our Mission Property Group team to explore opportunities to strengthen and expand the long-term ministry impact of its property.

The 1.5-acre property is situated in a prime location just minutes from Downtown Nashville.

“We recognize what a significant moment this is for Watson Grove and for the Edgehill community,” said SVP Scott McKinney, who is leading efforts alongside SVP Carlin Beekman. “Our role is simply to make sure the church has the information and the options it needs to make the decision that is most faithful to its mission.”

A downtown Orlando landmark is entering its next chapter. Our Mission Property Group has been selected to help shepherd the redevelopment of First United Methodist Church’s campus property.

The church intends to remain on the property and is open to a range of deal structures, including leasing arrangements. This is a unique opportunity to honor a historic legacy while creating new possibilities for the future of downtown.

Office-to-industrial redevelopment remains a key strategy for our Development & Investments team. With the closing of Villa Creek in Farmers Branch (Dallas MSA), we have now acquired 12 redevelopment properties nationally, including 7 in the DFW market.

Upon delivery, the redevelopment will feature a new 125,758-SF Class A industrial facility with 32' clear height, 28 dock-high doors, and two drive-in doors.
