In partnership with Admiral Legacy Investments, we're excited to announce that development of the Mansfield Innovation Community (The MIC) is officially underway.

Developed in collaboration with the City of Mansfield and the Mansfield Economic Development Corporation, The MIC is a transformative mixed-use destination in Mansfield, Texas.

Phase 1A includes a 152,894-SF Class A office building, the first vertical component of the planned 18-AC development. As the first of three phases, construction is now underway and marks an important milestone for the project.

The property includes three state-of-the-art warehouse buildings totaling 371,000 square feet on 43 acres and represents the seventh transaction between our two organizations.
