A Sunshine State resident for over 20 years, and graduate of the University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL (BBA’09 – Finance, Business Law), Kenden first entered the real estate sales market in 2010 when he obtained his Florida Sales Associate license. He gained extensive experience in real estate through Consumer and Small Business banking at Bank of America, and later, two real estate oriented hed
ge funds based in Miami, FL. In 2017, Kenden joined the Orlando Regional Realtor Association (ORRA) where he has operated as a REALTOR®, but now under his own brokerage, The Parks Realty Group. The new brokerage, built from the ground up in 2022, works to assists customers in both selling their properties and also locating new ones across all of Central Florida, using the office's experienced group of REALTORS®. Aside from real estate, Kenden’s priorities are centered on training in the gym, keeping up with the latest technology and automotive news, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends.
