I’ve noticed lately that the housing market here in central Florida is currently experiencing a shift where there are less offers for homes which in turn will cause the cost of homes to correct itself.
What does this mean for sellers?
The times where 10+ offers coming to a home is slowly coming to an end. There is more competition now that everyone knows they could get top dollar for their homes and investments. It’s still a great time to list but you must act fast if you expect the most for your home.
What does this means for buyers?
You’ll have a much better chance of getting the home you wanted at a much more reasonable price with less competition. Rates are still low but they will continue to climb as the rest of the year finishes off.
