Realtor.com ranked ZIP codes in Oviedo, The Villages, Pompano Beach, Lutz and Tallahassee as Florida’s hottest for 2026, based on listing views and market pace. Oviedo and The Villages each drew more than twice the U.S. average for listing views.

For the first time since 2016, 3 Fed officials decided to vote for a rate hike and not a decrease! This leaves the door open for a potential rate hike before the end of this year. All hopes for a rate decrease are out the door and most likely won't happen until at least a year from now.

Wow! Summer is beginning to wrap up already… but not the temperature! 😎 I remember back in the day, neighbors would set up croquet sets in their backyards that they would use all summer long. I did not see that as being a very fun sport!
