Some of the key takeaways:
* Home prices are still expected to rise modestly
* Mortgage rates are stabilizing, with potential for slight improvement
* Sales activity is projected to pick back up heading into 2026
* And locally, we’re already seeing signs of that shift. Inventory is up, homes are taking a bit longer to sell, and buyers have more options—but demand hasn’t disappeared. It’s just become more selective.
