😡😡😡 I don’t usually go on a rant like this, but I’m really pi**ed!!!! 😡😡😡 there are three low life scumbags somewhere here in central Florida that broke into our investment property that we currently have on the market. Jay checked on the house Friday evening as he typically does a few times a week. The door was wide open, the appliances were gone, the floors scratched up and they attempted to break into our trailer with all the tools, saws, etc. there was a showing Thursday afternoon, but all was in order when they left. A neighbor has footage of a uhaul pickup truck backing into the driveway, Friday morning around 5:20. They went in a window in the back, turned the breaker off to uninstall the dishwasher, microwave over the range, but they didn’t take the metal strip plate that screws to the wall, which apparently you need to install somewhere else! 🤔
I am thankful there was no damage to the cabinets and granite THANK YOU LORD!!! 🙏🙏🙏

Hey all!!! Not sure if you see these posts or not! They may have blocked me!!! ☹️. Regardless, I started this and I will finish it. 😉. it’s come a long way in the 3 short (long 😂) months and it has been a challenging journey for sure!! Hi everyone!!! It’s been a few weeks since our last update. We’ve been very busy!!! 😅😷😅. New paint, inside and out. 🎨 all of the concrete outside has been jackhammered up! 🔨 Ready for sod!!! Bathrooms have been partially tiled. Kitchen is next. Tile, cabinets, granite, oh my!!!! Moving right along!!!! 💨 catch you later!!! 👋

Hole-y Moley!!!!! What’s that big hole? Just over 2 weeks in and things are really moving!!!!!! Walls are coming down, concrete is coming up and some things will just have to stay put!!!! New plumbing for the beautiful new island will be installed soon!!! Can’t wait for more to come!!!! 🔨
