A Colombian craft brewery just opened its first U.S. location at Oviedo Mall.

Bruder Latin Restaurant & Brewery is now open at 1280 Oviedo Mall Blvd. 14+ international awards, 10 locations in Colombia, and a $1M+ build-out in the former Oviedo Brewing space.

The Historic Metcalf Building's elevator modernization is underway with our property management team running point on every step of it.

Downtown Orlando has already seen the crane delivering the upgraded equipment, but now the real work begins. At 11 weeks per elevator, during this 22-week project Christina, Haylee, and Stella are keeping everything coordinated and tenants in the loop of the full-building effects. This kind of behind-the-scenes effort doesn't always get the spotlight, but makes a real impact for everyone in the building.

After 36 years underground, the space that made Tanqueray's a downtown Orlando institution is available for the first time since 1989.

The 2,750 sq ft basement at 100 S. Orange Ave. comes equipped with a full bar, kitchen, and a stage built for live music. We’re looking for an experienced operator ready to bring something the community can count on for the long haul.

Before the long weekend kicks off, we want to take a moment to honor the men and women who served and sacrificed for this country. This holiday exists because of them.

Last Friday, members of the FCPG team and their families spent the day volunteering at the Special Olympics Florida State Summer Games. They helped run the long jump event, supporting around 100 athletes who competed throughout the day.

Watching our team show up for the community like this is something we don't take for granted. Proud of everyone who came out.
