When choosing a REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL🤍🤍

⚡️It’s very important to choose a professional that has been in the business long enough to responsibly provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property.

⚡️It’s a skill to be able to determine a client’s needs and financial abilities and propose solutions that best suit them.

⚡️A few skills to look for on your Agents Resume:
1. Able to negotiate
2. Excellent communication
3. Knowledgeable of laws regarding Real Estate
4. Trustworthiness

💥Research has shown that as many as 80-90% of new real estate agents fail or quit within their first year in real estate.💥
