Sometimes an open house leads to more than just a showing—it leads to the sweetest clients, new friendships, and the perfect place to call home. ❤️

I met this wonderful couple at an open house, and from the beginning, I knew how much they loved New Smyrna Beach and how special this particular community was to them. They had been watching and waiting for the right opportunity here for quite some time. When the units started being updated and becoming truly move-in ready, they knew it was time to make a move! 🙌

We found the right one, negotiated a GREAT deal, and now these two are officially ready to start living the beach lifestyle they’ve been dreaming about! 🌴☀️🌊
