Had an awesome opportunity to sell a house to a first time buyer! Such a sweetheart 🩷 my seller was a first time home seller and was a referral from a customer who is like family to me for over twenty years.... here's the funny part..... I got to work with Shannon Mary Freas at Sunbelt Title in Winter Haven ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ who I used to work with in West Palm (almost 20 years ago) for the same guy who referred this seller to me 😆 I literally can't make this stuff up. It was such a great day today. I hope everybody is having a great day! Shout out to Joe Cassidy at All Clad Exteriors for coming through for me with a nice brand new roof for this listing!! 🙌 such a smooth transaction !
Please keep me in mind if you're buying or selling a home. And I ❤️ referrals !
