Negotiating is my super power, but this time it was different.

I was able to get the seller to pay SIX percent of the total purchase price towards the buyer’s closing costs. Not 2%, not 3%… 6%!! And I didn’t stop there.

I then negotiated for the seller to repair multiple items found in the inspection report. 🙌🏽

The buyers closed today and they left the closing table with a check in their hand.

From trying to buy a home for their family for seven consecutive years to this. 🥹 I always say I am a huge believer in things happen the way that they should, and this is a prime example.

First time home buyers + veterans = ❤️

We are so thrilled for this sweet couple who are now officially homeowners. Being able to help them find what technically is their starter home, but could easily be their forever home, was a joy. 😍
