Sales: 3,539 vs 3697 in July (previous month)

Sales of Single Family Homes: 2,868

Median Price of all homes: 275,000

Median Price of Single Family Homes: 295,000

Average Interest Rate: 2.85% vs 2.97% in July

Current Inventory: 5,958 homes which means there's less than 2 months supply of inventory.
