There is no other way to slice it - this past year has been full of challenges. You learn, you grow, you change. It's the same for Real estate closings. Sometimes you have the right team in place and they are smooth as butter, others, it is a bumpy road from the start. Don't. give. up. It could be a title company that wants to help but doesn't have experience in a niche closing and tells you it can't be done - call 20 title companies and find another one who specializes in that niche and close 5 days later. It could be any number of bumps or road blocks along the way. I always say, it's not over until the fat lady sings and I haven't even started warming up yet! 😆 In other words, where there is a problem, there is ALWAYS a solution. Don't. Give. Up.
