Most buyers don’t realize what their agent isn’t doing for them.

Meet Dominique, our brand new Transaction Manager!

She is the detail-oriented, deadline-tracking, nothing-falls-through-the-cracks person every real estate team needs. With extensive experience in operations and admin support, she keeps everything organized from contract to close so that your experience stays smooth from start to finish.

She is also a military spouse of 12 years, which means she understands the weight of a relocation better than most. Oh, and she is a girl mom to three daughters who apparently shares our love of a good beach day.

Some closings just stay with you. 💛

Our client N relocated from Puerto Rico to start a brand new chapter in the Orlando area, on her own terms. A young, single woman purchasing her very first home.

Her parents drove in from Port Saint Lucie just to be in that room with her. And when N signed those final papers, her mom broke down in tears watching her daughter reach this milestone. Pure, unfiltered pride. We may have had something in our eye too 🥹🙌🏽

This is why we do what we do.

Impromptu chocolate runs hit different when you live in Winter Garden 🍫

We have lived a lot of places. And nowhere has felt quite like this. Quiet mornings on the West Orange Trail. Friday nights at the pavilion downtown. And yes, spontaneous CityWalk runs on a Friday afternoon because Universal is practically our neighbor.
