ISA needed desperately!

I'm looking for an ISA! What's an ISA you ask? An Inside Sales Associate. The position does not require a Florida Real Estate license but it is preferred. I need someone to contact incoming, COMPANY GENERATED leads and set appointments and cultivate them. This person will also be the brokerage's transaction coordinator. This is a part-time, virtual position that will ultimately move to a full time hybrid position.
You will be trained thoroughly and you will literally be able to do everything from your smart phone, tablet or laptop.

For the right person, this is a very lucrative position that will ultimately turn full-time with team management potential.
